Windows 2000 SP4 - WU Fails to install

The Windows Update client successfully downloads the updates, start the
install then fails. There is no error message given. Same result if I go to
Windows Update and select CUSTOM or EXPRESS Install.

I am logged on to the server (DC) as the Domain Admin.

I am able to install updates that I manually download, just not throught
Windows Update.

Help please....
