Installing Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3, English Version
(update 1 of 1)...

That's as far as it gets. Same applies to Windows Media Player 9 KB911565
and 911564

Tried downloading the updates manually, and installing, but they just hang.
Any ideas please?
