I lost the URL of a Microsoft website that offers a Windows 2000 OEM to
Windows Vista upgrade for $69 or $70 if I own Windows Vista Ultimate? If the
offer still exists, please include the URL in a reply to this post.

That offer, the Family discount, closed at the end of June.
