WINDOWS 2003 2/13 updates cause issue with IIS

Does anyone have any resolution for the bug with the latest updates?
I ran the following updates and now get the message in teh browser:
"Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)"
Once I remove the security port 443, the site can be started in IIS.
There were no prior issues with the sites in IIS up to the point where I
installed hte following updates:

- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB928255)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB926436)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB924667)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB928843)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB918118)
- Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB931836)

MY SQL Server has recently ran these very same updates and has cause
several minor issues with my SQL Server Agent Service .
Have you received and information about these updates that may explain
my problem ?
