Windows 2003 Administrator Console Login - Freezes

Hi Gurus,

I am currently having an issue involving the terminal servers momentarily
freezing for about 3-5 minutes when logging in as Administrator via RDP
Console mode. It only happens when there is an active console session open
ie. someone is logged into the physical console and you try to take over the
console session remotely using the Administrator account. The terminal
server is Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2 and the
domain controller is a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Small Business
Server SP2. There is also a secondary domain (exchange server) in this
network.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
