Windows 2003 Adv Server

I am getting this error on a Windows 2003 Adv Server. There is no proxy in
the environment at all. One NIC to the router, one NIC to the network. Simple
web server with a SharePoint Portal. Working through a proxy config doesn't
make any sence in this situation.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
