I am getting event id error 40960, source LSASRV, Category: SPNEGO, type:
Warning. Our DBA group is complaining that the MOM server is getting these
errors and want a root cause.

The server is in a cluster in our corp domain.

The event is as follows: 'The Security System detected an authentication
error for the server RPCSS/SENDCMCLUVIP.xxx.global.pvt. The failure code from
authentication protocol Kerberos was 'There are currently no logon servers
available to service the logon request (0xc000005e)

any help would be great.
