windows 2003 Ent SP1 Server Crash Issues

Once in every 2 weeks one of our server crashes with the following errors,

Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the
ShellHWDetection service

The issue is intermittent therefore very hard to analyze any trends.

We have disabled all 3rd party applications but the issue still persists.

It keeps on login every 2 secs; we have run hardware diagnostics, update all
drivers and firmware but no good so far, I have searched the internet, many
people have posted the same issue but no resolutions for this,
The only thing which I can find on Microsoft website is about Xp [Sysprep]
which is irrelevant in this case.

When the problem happens, the only way to recover is to restart the server

I am pasting a list of all patches done so far on the server and the current
configuration, however no recent changes have been made.
