Windows 2003 Server Enterprise, Repeating Windows Updates

I currently have a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP1 Domain Controller
that is stuck on 12 specific Windows Updates. It states the updates
are successfully installed (everytime) but each time the server
reboots, it states the updates are still required. Updates are:

KB890046
KB893756
KB896358
KB896428
KB899587
KB899588
KB899591
KB908981
KB920670
KB898715
KB898792

I've searched around and found some specifics on a few of these, but
they mostly deal with failed installations... they've installed
multiple times and they're always successful... I've even installed
them individually one by one... and it still requests them...

Thoughts?
