Windows 2003 Server SP1 Not Available

In the WSUS admin console, Windows 2003 Server SP1 is not an option. Windows
2003 and service packs have been enabled in Sync Options, but SP doesn't
appear in the list. Any suggestions?

This is an excellent question, Bill, and I want to help you with this answer.
However, there is a better newsgroup for it. Please repost this question to the
microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs newsgroup, as that team has much more
experience with the software utility, and can provide a much faster solution.
