Windows 2003 SP1 Help

Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 Server that I am attempting to load SP1 on - I am
receiving a message stating "Failed to load catalog files" when attempting to
manually install the Service Pack. If I use Windows Update, the files will
just about finish extracting when the server will reboot. Any ideas? I have
never run into this before. The Event log only displays NtServicePack Event
ID 4374.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for answering. I don't know. I can find nothing in the Event
Logs other than Abnormal Termination. This one is very strange.
