Is there anyway I can get a Document that was done in the 2007 version to
convert to my xp or 2003 version without getting the new program?

Are you referring to Office/Word 2007 and 2003?

Is the machine fully patched at Office Update?

If you meant;

"Is there anyway I can get a Document that was done in
[Microsoft Office] 2007 version to convert to my
[Microsoft Office] xp or [Microsoft Office] 2003 version
