Windows 2008 Automated Install

Try to generate a Windows 2008 unattended build. I have added the commands I
wish to run in the "FirstLogonCommand" section of the OOBESystem. But the
commands never seem to run. What I am looking for is programs to be added to
the "RunOnce" section of the registry. Has anyone found a neat way round
this. I have a few idea's but wondered what the normal/approved route was.

THanks,

Richie.
