Windows 2008 compatible sound cards with windows 2008 signed drivers

Urgent

I have an Intel Server Board S5000PSL SATA and I am looking for internal
sound cards that are compatible with MS Windows Server 2008 64bit,
Enterprise OS. Preferable with Windows 2008 signed drivers.

The card will be compatible with a PCI-X 64Bit 100MHz Slot or PCI-X 64Bit
133-/100MHz Slot or PCI Express x4 or PCI Express x8 type slot.

I only need basic sound functionality. However please send me a list of all
your cards that are compatible with the above requirements.
