Hello,

we just try to move our application from Windows 2008 (64bit) to windows
2008 R2. the hardware is the same.

we notice that now on the windows 2008 R2 our application crash
all the time because of the DEP (EventType=BEX). so in the
windows 2008 R2 we must deactivate the DEP.

What change between 2008 and 2008 R2 regarding the DEP ?

Our application is an very easy application, writen in
Delphi... it's hard to believe that they do something
wrong regarding the DEP. we mostly use WINHTTP inside

Also, even after deconnected the DEP, we have sometime
some EventType=APPCRASH !

someone have some idea why we all of this in
Windows 2008 R2 and not in 2008 ??

thanks you by advance
stephane
