The resolve to this error prompts the user to make sure these 3 services are
running:
*Automatic Updates
*Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
*Event Log
All of these 3 are running just fine, yet when attempting to connect to the
update page, I get a page with this error message (upper right hand of
screen) saying
The site cannot continue because one or more of these Windows services is
not running:
Anyone run into this or have a clue what to do. My machine is updated
frequently, and I've never had problems before. All I really want to do is
update my machine with Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1
I have not been able to find download. Any redirect would be appreciated!
