Windows 32bit Preimuim black screen with cursor problem please look and help

This problem started when I uninstalled AVG Anti-Virus. Once I did, i
asked to to restart the computer and so I did. Once i went into my logi
page I typed my password and there were 2 pop up

DWM.ex
"This application failed to intilialize Click OK to terminat
(0cx0000022
Explorer.ex
"This application failed to intilialize Click OK to terminat
(0cx0000022

After i clicked OK, a black screen popped up with my mouse cursor
Again, 2 pop ups showe

Desktop Windows Manage
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly
Windows Explore
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly

After i clicked OK, it just showed the black screen and my mous
cursor

I restarted my computer plenty of times but same thin
I am using 32bit Windows Vist
My Computer is HP Pavillion a1720

uninstall avg or initiate
a restore point.'

vista may have auto
matically made one
before installing avg.

Yes go Back to a restore point. Don't make one yet. I've used AVG for over a
year on mine with no problem.
Uninstall and reinstall AVG, but set a restore point before reinstalling.
