Windows 7 media issues

I just purchased a new laptop with Windows 7. I cannot watch any streaming
webcams and cannot find any Windows Media formats to download that are
compatible. Does anyone have any information or a solution to this issue? The
cams I want to watch use Windows Media 9.

Windows vista has WMP 11 installed by default,windows 7 probably does
also,WMP 9 series wont install because of it being an older version,but
windows media SDK series might be youre answer..Also,for all windows
media,go to: http://www.microsoft.com/msdn MSDN writes the software.
