Are you attempting to replace the .dll file or Windows Script ?
It would behoove you to update the entire Windows Script as it
contains the file you need plus all pertinent security updates :
Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition, and
Windows NT 4.0
