I can say I happily upgraded my Dell PowerEdge 4300, Dual PII-400MHz, servers from NT4
Server to Windows 2003 Server. The only hitch was the internal RAID 5 arrays. They had to
be rebuilt and data restored from tape. However, there were no problems with a hardware
based RAID 5 array.
