I only have Windows 98 & need to upgrade to SE. Is there
anywhere to purchase this upgrade. My finances are very
limited, therefore I would prefer not to purchase a new
computer. I need Windows 98SE to run a new program I have
obtained. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank
