Windows and IE won't display images

Hi All,

This issue surfaced about a month ago, and its really annoying me.
Likewise, I came here, because everyone here is the best, I can't find a
working solution elsewhere.
Like the title of the thread suggests. Any Windows programs I use
won't display images and/or previews of images. Internet Explorer has
the same issue as well (I did clear the cache to see if that helped,
sadly, no.)

Check out the attached files for screenshots so you can get an idea of
what I am talking about.

ANY HELP ASAP would be unprecedentedly appreciated.
