windows and office updates on the one page

I want to do both the windows and office updates at the same time .......ie
with the windows updates do the office ones all on the same page. How do i
set this up?

1. Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

2. Click on the "Use Microsoft Update" link on bottom-right.
