Hi, I have windows XP home on my Dell plus Norton Internet Security.Am
considering installing Windows antispyware.Has anyone done this and does it
screw up the system or does it all work seamlessly?I asked Microsoft but the
answer was basically "try it and see".Any comments? thanks

Hi, I have windows antispyware and it was nortons that got on my nerves each
time I started a program a banner came up several times saying about the
program and I had to keep going through the allow thing each time especially
when it was the same program and the banner would come up every 2 seconds
about 20 times I uninstalled that afterwards it was driving me
crazy...marguerite......

To plantastic: Regarding Microsoft AntiSpyare, I installed it some months ago
after having problems with SP2 and reformating my computer. I have McAfee
security suite installed plus webroot antispyware and everything works fine
so I can check for virus with McAfee and spyware with webroot and Microsoft.
When I had Norton I did have some problems with the computer, but if you have
it installed you might disable it and install Microsoft antispyware, and if
things don't workout you can remove the program of Microsoft. Good Luck,
gilbert
