Windows Audio Error 1079

I also tried reinstalling the sound card drivers - but that was no help.

Windows Audio Service just won't run.

Stop the Window Audio Service.

Start the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder Service.

Restart the Windows Audio Service.

Set both to Automatic.

Hey, hurray!! I fixed the problem

Under log on - I typed in

NT AUTHORITY\LocalService

then the password.

And restarted it - and it finally worked!!!!

Thank you YMC for your suggestion. I was FINALLY able to restart my audio
service after months of silence!!!
