Windows Auto-Update fails to install Office 2003 Service Pack 2

My Windows automatic updater alerts me on my scheduled update time and when I
click to install the update file for Office 2003 Service Pack 2, I constantly
get the "fail to install" error window alert, with no explanation as to why.
I currently have Windows XP-home ed., with Firewall and Cox Internet Security
Suite installed, but these have never been the reason for failed installs.
Other updates have installed while the Firewall and Security suite are
running. The Windows Update yellow icon stays staggered on my taskbar until
I can install this update, but have yet to successfully install it to get the
icon off the taskbar.
Anyone have any clues to help? Thanks.

How to troubleshoot failures updating your Office installation from the
Office Update Web site
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304498

You could try downloading the full update for Office 2003 and installing it.

Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe

Thanks, TA, it worked - guess I also had to turn off my security suite
program, too, which the download notified me to turn off certain running
programs which the security software was blocking the installation to
complete. The SP2 Office 2003 is now added in.
