Windows Automatic Update Fail, After KB892130 Installed

My Laptop 'ACER' (Installed Genuine Software 'XP') properly updated from
microsoft, until 28/July/05 after last successful updates - Windows XP family
Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130) 28 July 2005 Windows
Update website, now gets the following message:
- Files required to use Windows Update are no longer registered or installed
on your computer. To continue:

*Register or reinstall the files for me now (Recommended)
*Let me read about more steps that might be required to solve the problem

Even register or reinstall the message continue.

Some have reported that simply re-registering the MSXML3.DLL seems to fix the
problem.
1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type: regsvr32 MSXML3.DLL
Press okay

If that hasn't helped you may need to re-registered some more files:

1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type (pressing okay after each one) :-

regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 wuauserv.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wuweb.dll
