Windows beta download

Within the last 3 months I downloaded a windows beta program. How can I find
it and delete it from my computer. I believe it may be messing up my email.

Beta what?
Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Locate whatever you installed and double-click to uninstall.
If it is Microsoft AntiSpyware, Beta, it will be listed in Add/Remove
Programs.
