windows blocker annoyance

i'm trying to get ip-relay to work on my pc, which has vista HB, everytime i
go to the website and try to use the messenger i get the yellow info bar at
the top screen that tells me i need to install activeX. I've done this before
on other sites and no problem, i click install, and my windows blocker will
not let me install because the program is unsigned. it also says java is not
enabled, but one miracle at a time for now. So far i've tryed the trusted
site, enableing anything to do with activeX, changing accounts, turning off
firewall, turning administrator off, and calling my pc wizard guy. i know it
works for xp because it was on my old pc. How do i fix this mess?

Seems like you need to enable or install Java first, then you should tell it
to install the unsigned software. Be careful with unsigned software. Who
knows what that is or where it came from.
