Hello everyone, its me again, assuming the system specs I posted in m
other thread about the folder error, now I have a different one. I di
some research, and I think it is what is known as the Blue Screen o
Death (?). This blue screen appears and crashes my computer very rarely
It completes the crash dump so quickly I don't have time to read what i
on the screen

From the information I gathered when I rebooted my PC, this is th
expanation my PC gave me:

*Windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown.

*:roblem signature:::
::Problem Event Name: BlueScreen:
::OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3:
::Locale ID: 4105:
*::Additional information about the problem:::
::BCCode: 124:
::BCP1: 00000000:
::BCP2: 85F29D18:
::BCP3: B2000010:
::BCP4: 00010C0F:
::OS Version: 6_0_6000:
::Service Pack: 0_0:
::Product: 768_1:
*::Files that help describe the problem:::
::C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini061908-01.dmp:
::C:\Users\Jordan\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-182630-0.sysdata.xml:
::C:\Users\Jordan\AppData\Local\Temp\WER5282.tmp.v ersion.txt:
*::Read our privacy statement:::
_::Microsoft_Online_Crash_Analysis (\\"http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=50163&clcid=0x0409\\")::

Thanks Again, to anyone who can help

LynxBlad

EDIT: Windows said the crash was caused by hardware. Any help

Please right click on computer and select properties. Click on the Advanced
System Settings on the left. Select the Advanced tab and click on the
Settings button under Startup and Recovery. Uncheck Automatically Restart
under System Failure. That will stop the quick reboot and give you all the
time you need to write down the Stop Error code and other info, like the
file identified as causing the problem.

Navigate to Microsoft.com and enter "BCCode: 124" in the search box. That
will give you links, some of which point to a faulty codec (WMP) as a
possible cause.
