Windows Calendar Monthly Display/Printout

In Windows Calendar is there a way to display the start time of events on the
screen (other than in the "details pane" off to the right) and when it prints
in the Month View mode?

Name the appointment the time.

I have named the appointment time and it only shows up in the "Display Pane"
to the right of the calendar but does not show up on the Monthly View of the
Calendar. The times do show up in the Daily & Weekly View but not in the
Monthly View.
