Windows Cannot Accesss Specific Device...

Sometimes, but not always, when I try to run Windows Mail from the Start
Menu
I get the message:
Windows cannot access the specific device, path or file.
Then it ask me if I want to remove it, I assume, from the Star Menu.
Then I'll try again with no problems. Seems to occur just after start up.
Is this a indication of a larger problem??

James
