Windows can't start after update

After the last update of windows vista on my PC it restarted, however, it
couldn't start anymore, I mean, always apear the next message: step 3 of 3,
0% advanced, don't shut down the pc, then the PC restarts by itself doing it
again, one and once again.
I tried holding the key F8 then choosing each option but always the same.
Could some body help me, please.
