Windows CD Burning after XP SP2

Ever since I downloaded SP2, my Windows Media player has not been able to
burn a CD. I received error message 0xC00D119F from the media player. The
built in windows data burning software is not able to burn normal files. It
tells me there is not sufficient disk space. Yet, with the same CD, Nero
will burn anything. So I have eliminated drive malfunction, disk
quality/design purpose. I have uninstalled WMP as a windows component and
reinstalled WMP 10 from the update site and it still won't do it. Has anyone
put together a patch for this yet?
