Windows are closing fast

Hi all, here is my new system :

CORE2 QUAD Q9000 2,0GHZ (6MO CACHE)
4GO dual channel DDR3 1066MHZ
1GO NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 260M
17,0 IN, WUXGA 1920X1200
500GO 7,200 RPM
Windows Vista 64

I'm all installing the updates and every thing I need, now when I try to
open some icons in my control panel (system, administration tools, and maybe
other) also when I do a right click on my desk top and Settings or a right
click on My computer, properties, the windows just flash, open and close so
fast that I almost cant see that the windows opened.

I dont know if it's an update that done this, I even tried to uninstall IE8
just to see but still got this problem.
