Windows Contacts Prints (null)

In Windows Contacts, when I print out the address book, the fields that
do not have any data in them, print with the word (null).

It happens in all the Home Address and Business Address fields. So if I
don't place the Zip Code or the Country/Region data, it will print out
with the word (null). Aside from going in to all my contacts and placing
USA in the country code, is there any way to prevent the word (null)
from printing.

thanks for the help.
