windows continuously restarts saying windows is not working

after dowloading activex control on my computer i have those two dialog box
coming up saying that windows is not working and then trying to restart
windows but it never works and i keep getting those message. i can't start
anything because windows restarts every 10 sec approx

When posting stupid posts, I think so far this is the third one, why not
