Windows could not find update.inf file

when trying to install sp2 I get an error mess could not find update.inf
file. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed so please type slowly (ha ha)

thanks for the come back I tried the steps you outlined but to no avale I
ended up going to ms help desk chat and got a direct link to down load from.
