Click the Start Orb>Right Click on Computer. When that screen pops up click
on the Advanced System Settings on the left. From there go to the Advanced
Tab>Startup and Recovery. Uncheck the Auto Restart on crash box. This will
allow you to see the Stop Error message.
If it just crashes within Windows then go Start Orb>In the search box type
eventvwr.msc and click enter. This will bring up the Even Viewer which you
can use to locate the crash files for the application and let us know what
is going on so we can help further.
