Sorry, yes, including the error message may help. Here is the main part of it:
Microsoft .NET Framework
An unhandled exception has occurred in a component of your application. If
you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to
continue.
Conversion fom string "" to type 'Boolean' is not valid.
I should also have noted that, if I disable UAC and/or choose the "Run As
Administrator" option in the shortcut Properties of the app it seems to run
fine.
