Windows Defender ?

How can I uninstall windows Defender?

You can't uninstall Defender, you can run it and turn it off. You could be
thinking Defender is causing issues associated with UAC?

You can also untick it in startup.

i am trying to download a game from gamespot but windows defender keeps
blocking it wot can i do to run it

you can in Options/tools scroll down where you see Advanced options- and
there is a box and above it you will see- do not scan these files in these
locations with a "browse" button. Find the exe for this game and add it as
an allow and it will skip these files when scanning.

When you try to download this game it should allow you to download it but it
might not allow you to install it unless you click on the icon in the right
corner of the taskbar when WD comes up and turns blue and permit the
program.

If you also go into options and click on Quarantine- you should see the
program there and remove it. But remember to make sure you click "permit"
when windows defender pops up again asking you what to do with it.
