Then it's a download issue, not an install issue. The link PABear
provided has as it's first step visiting Microsoft Update. If the system
is using Windows Update, skip step 1 and start with step 2.
If none of the steps resolve the issue, then post the last entry in the
WindowsUpdate.log that shows Definition Update 1.14.14xx.x for BETA
Windows Defender (KB915597) ( the xx's represent the definition update
version ):
