Windows Defender vs. Lavasoft's AdWatch = domains intersect?

does anyone authoritatively know whether the domain of function of Windows
Defender intersects that of Lavasoft's AdAware 2007 Pro's AdWatch (= real
time)?

i also understand that AdWatch has a small firewall character; how will this
interfere with Vista Home Premium's (32 bit) firewall?

if their domains do intersect, what are the symptioms? what course of action
do you recommend?

Lavasoft has repeatedly prevaricated.

OEM = Velocity Micro (Richmond VA)

If Lavasoft can claim Vista compatibility, they would not be reticent to
claim it.
