Does Windows defrag optimize the System Volume Information folder?

It should, Im not 100% sure about vista but XP does optimise this folder
and I assume Vista does too, some 3rd party programs would be more
effective in telling you if they can do this. If you really want to make
sure you can defrag this folder change its permissions to give a
specific user access.
