Windows DreamScene not working

I downloaded the update yesterday, and DreamScene will not play any videos.
The desktop is just black. Strangely, when DreamScene was first released as a
beta, it worked.

almost the same problem here. when i open new dreamscene movies in any
player they work ok. however, when i set any of them as desktop
background i get garbage on the screen which looks like something is
wrong with the codec. none of dreamscene videos works since last
update.
i've uninstalled every single codec pack i had installed, rebooted and
that didn't help at all. :/

when I even select DreamScene from the drop down menu I get a Rundll32 has
stopped and then the wallpaper goes black. The Beta worked fine for me.

I have the exact same problem under 32-bit version

The preview worked fine but the new version only displays a black
screen.

Since you didn't include what the "same problem"
is in your post, we can not offer you a solution.

i'm using vista ultimate.. when i finished window update then restar
pc...
i tried change my desktop background to windows dreamescene.(For sure
had set theme to window aero), but my desktop was black.. i choose th
video clip which provided by microsoft. After that, i try lock pc the
relog in.. then there was error 'window dreamscene has encountere
error" then desktop show black solid wallpaper..

so any solution to fix this??
