Windows dreamscene

I got the windows wista ultimate innstalled, and was looking for windows
dreamscene aplli. but I don't get it what can I do to get it?

When Windows Ultimate Extras are available, they appear in the Windows Ultimate Extras
section on the Windows Update page.
