If it's a Vista Home Premium feature, I am thinking not. You would have to
upgrade to Ultimate.

You think correctly. That feature is not part of the business package, an
upgrade to Ultimate would be a solution. There are other, third-party
programs available that will do this as well. Might be a cheaper solution
than an Ultimate upgrade.
