Windows e-mail not sending or receiving e-mails

Can anyone help with this problem? I have not received e-mail for 3 days.
It looks like other people are having the same problem. Has anyone received
a solution yet? Please pass the information o, if you have a solution.

Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
