They're still at WalMart. They're made by Belkin. If you have a home
network, you don't need the cable, just the software to install on the XP
machine:

It would work fine for data files and settings, but unless there's something
really special about this, you couldn't just copy applications/programs over
to the Vista PC. If they aren't on the Vista PC they would have to be
installed, assuming they are compatible with Vista/64.
