Windows Eplorer Folders Moving Randomly

In Windows Explorer in the Folder view (tree view) everything keeps moving
up and down very randomly, if I open a folder everything moves around up and
down, sometimes everything moves from side to side and there is now
scrollbar to move it from side to side.

Is there anyway to make it stop moving completely random every time I click
on a folder?

Using a laptop?

Laptops operate exactly the same as desktops using Vista as the OS.
Laptops are selling far better than desktops these days ...

Calm down and try to explain just what you are seeing. I do not believe
that anyone can know your problem from your description.
